Quantity Surveyor / Estimator

Specialising in Data Centres, Renewable Energy, Utilities, Power, Fibre and Construction, Duties Prepare accurate cost estimates and tender submissions.

Analyse drawings, specifications and project documentation.

Manage project costs and assist with commercial reporting.

Review subcontractor and supplier quotations.

Support contract administration and valuation processes.

Monitor project budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Prepare variations, final accounts and cost forecasts.

Liaise with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and project teams.

Criteria Previous experience in a Quantity Surveying and/or Estimating role.

Experience within construction, infrastructure, utilities, energy or civil engineering projects.

Strong commercial awareness and cost management skills.

Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office packages.

Full driving licence desirable.
