We are delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Clinical Lead Nurse in Newtownards. The Role:

  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the nursing and care team
  • Act as a visible role model, promoting a culture of person-centred care
  • Maintain and oversee high standards of clinical governance and social care
  • Monitor, review, and update care plans, policies, and procedures
  • Support and deputise for the Nurse Manager as required
  • Supervise medication management and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Contribute to audits, risk assessments, and quality improvement initiatives
  • Support staff development through mentorship, supervision, and training
  • Assist in maintaining financial efficiency through effective resource management

What We're Looking For:

  • Registered General Nurse (RGN), Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN), or Registered Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD)
  • Active and valid NMC PIN
  • Minimum 1 year post-registration experience (leadership experience desirable)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Commitment to high-quality, resident-focused care
