As part of their continued growth and commitment to clinical excellence, we are seeking a passionate and experienced Charge Nurse to lead and inspire within their nursing team.
The Role: As a Charge Nurse, you will take the lead in coordinating and delivering exceptional care, ensuring that high clinical standards are consistently met. This is a fantastic opportunity for a nurse with strong leadership qualities who thrives in a dynamic, compassionate care setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the nursing unit
- Supervise, support, and mentor nursing and care staff
- Allocate patient care effectively to ensure safe and efficient workflows

- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards

What You’ll Need:
- Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) with a valid NMC pin
- Minimum of 2 years post-registration experience
