We are working with a leading civil and utilities contractor to recruit for their new Health & Safety Advisor to support projects across the Dublin area. Reporting into management and working within a well-structured health & safety team you will:

  • Plan and deliver health & safety training to employees
  • Implement company health, safety & environmental policy & procedures
  • Conduct safety inspections and audits
  • Support and assist with health & safety KPIs
  • Monitor and enforce the implementation of Health & Safety Management System
  • Identify site specific hazards and ensure they are addressed in the site documentation and in a practical manner on the site

What we are looking for:

  • Health & Safety experience gained within civils, utilities or similar in Ireland or the UK
  • Full clean driving license
  • 3rd level qualification in health & safety is desirable
  • Ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines
  • Ability to manage risk and implement control measures
  • Able to work and build strong relationships with contractors from various backgrounds and trades
