Black Fox Solutions are working alongside our client, based in Belfast, to recruit a Senior Production Manager. As the successful Senior Production Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of all production operations across your division, ensuring output meets specification, quality and delivery requirements.
- Minimum of 5 years management experience within manufacturing
- Experience of lean manufacturing tools (5S / 5WHY / SMED)
- Good understanding of materials management
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and reporting skills
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
- Experience of developing staff and achieving departmental and business objectives
- Strong IT skills including MS Office and particularly Excel
- Strong people management skills in leading, managing and motivating teams to achieve challenging targets
