Key Responsibilities- Oversee and manage multiple mechanical contracts across Ireland and the UK
- Provide leadership and support to Contracts Managers, Project Managers, and site teams
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Drive consistency in processes, reporting, and commercial performance
- Work closely with senior leadership on business planning and operational strategy
- Maintain and strengthen client relationships
- Monitor project performance, identifying risks and implementing solutions
- Regular travel to sites in England (typically 12 days per week)
