We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Officer to support our Quality team on a maternity cover contract within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and lead the Process Quality Control team (sampling, rework, rotas)
- Manage complaints, non-conformances, and customer reporting
- Maintain KPIs, audit records, and quality documentation
- Coordinate internal, GMP, and supplier audits
- Support ISO 9001 / BRCGS / ISO 14001 compliance and IMS improvements
- Maintain SOPs, inspection standards, and revision control
- Assist with calibration and validation activities
Requirements
- 2+ years QA/QC experience in packaging manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and BRCGS Packaging standards
- Experience with audits, documentation control, and inspections
- Internal audit experience
- Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office and QMS systems
