Black Fox Solutions is recruiting for an established NI contractor delivering a large-scale social housing development in Belfast. Due to ongoing growth, our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to take full responsibility for programme delivery, site coordination, subcontractor management, and client liaison from construction through to handover.

The Role

  • Lead delivery of a live social housing project in Belfast
  • Manage site teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
  • Ensure works are completed safely, on programme, within budget, and to specification
  • Drive programme performance and coordinate project schedules
  • Chair progress meetings and provide regular reporting
  • Maintain high standards of quality control and H&S compliance
  • Manage operational issues and project risk effectively

Criteria

  • Proven Project Management experience within construction
  • Background in residential or social housing projects preferred
  • Strong understanding of programme management and site operations
  • Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and stakeholders
  • Strong commercial awareness and communication skills
  • SMSTS essential
  • Full UK driving licence
