Black Fox Solutions are delighted to be searching for a Nurse Manager in Dundonald. This is for a fantastic care home facility that looks after elderly patients, physical disability patients, and younger adults. The home facilitates 55 beds.
As a Nurse Manager, the successful candidate requires strong leadership, excellent clinical skills, and a passion for elderly care. You will play a vital role in managing and organising the governance of the vital care that changes people's lives.

The Job Role:
- To lead and work alongside the Deputy Manager in the efficient running of the home.
- Ensure all nursing and care staff are registered on the live register with the NMC and NISCC.
- Ensure all staff are Access NI Cleared.
- Ensure all staff have the correct authority and legal right to work in Northern Ireland and paperwork is in place to support this.
- Carry out all pre-employment checks including references prior to staff arriving on site.
- To ensure that staffing levels are always maintained to the levels required to ensure the safety of residents and that they are adjusted as appropriate to meet the needs of the residents.
- All aspects of the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring a uniformly high standard of resident care and nursing practice is achieved.
What We're Looking For:
- 1 year experience as a Deputy Nurse Manager in a nursing home.
- An active and clean NMC Pin.
