Mobile Maintenance Fitter Van + Fuel Card (Personal use) Greater Belfast
Working with a leading provider of quality materials and solutions, with a proud history of supporting the development of infrastructure across Northern Ireland. The Maintenance Fitter will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of plant machinery and equipment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Perform routine, preventative, and reactive maintenance on a wide range of mechanical equipment, including conveyors, pumps, crushers, screens, and hydraulics.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical faults to minimise downtime and ensure optimal plant performance.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, breakdowns, and repairs.
- Carry out basic fabrication and welding work as required.
Candidate Requirements:
Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Plant Maintenance, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience in a similar maintenance role within a quarry, sand plant, heavy industry, or manufacturing environment.
