The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
We are working with a successful practice based in Belfast, to join their expanding accounts team as an Accounts Team Manager!
Working alongside their accounts team, you will be:
- Managing a portfolio of owner-managed businesses, partnerships and individuals to include overseeing deadlines.
- Review of statutory accounts, management accounts and tax computations before partner sign-off.
- Overseeing team members training and workflow.
- Act as primary contact for key clients, building trusted-advisor relationships.
- Identify opportunities for added-value advisory services.
- Involvement in ad-hoc projects, including client transactions, M&A, raising finance etc.
What we are looking for:
- ACCA or ACA qualified.
- Minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience in an accountancy practice.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Xero / QuickBooks or similar cloud-based accountancy software.
- Confidence taking ownership of decisions and establishing authority as a trusted manager.
