Supporting the Transport Manager you will Assist in the organisation of the Transport team Provide coaching, training, and manage any performance or disciplinary matters in line with HR policies Assist with senior management with operational planning Assist in the management of all drivers, scheduling, rota planning, rest days, and daily performance Oversee vehicle checks of the entire fleet Monitor, review, and manage relationships with fleet contractors Other adhoc duties About you Previous experience in transport or logistics management Working knowledge of transport legislation and compliance Experience managing drivers, schedules, and training Skills: Transport Supply chain distribution
