To join a global business as part of their dedicated HR team where you will support the delivery of best in class HR services across business units. Reporting to and supporting the HR Manager you will:
- Undertake allocated assignments, HR projects, and activities as directed; report any issues to line management.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees and visitors to the HR department.
- Co-ordinate recruitment procedures: chair shortlisting and interview panels, administer selection testing, and prepare associated documentation.
- Maintain and use HR systems and databases; extract, manipulate, and analyse data to produce management reports.
- Provide advice and support on HR matters and assist with proposal/report preparation.
What we are seeking:
- 3+ years HR generalist experience
- Experience handling employee relations matters
- Experience providing coaching support to line management and staff
