We are working with a Belfast based print company to recruit for their Finance Manager position on a permanent contract! Working in the office, Monday to Friday 9-5:30pm you will be:
- Oversee transactional functions
- Ensure efficient working capital and cash management
- Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in line with month end process and reporting deadlines
- Maintain an effective credit control function
- Optimise efficiencies and functionality of new accounting system (Sage Intacct)
- Assist FD in developing reporting and insights gained from Sage Intacct and Power BI systems
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of all tax related returns and payments
- Preparation of audit files for the external auditors and liaising with the auditors for the annual audit
- Maintain a framework and culture of financial control
What we are looking for:
- Recognised accountancy qualification (CIMA, ACA, ACCA etc).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong IT and Excel skills are required.
- Ability to organise and prioritise workload and meet deadlines
