We are working with a successful NI business who are leaders in their field to recruit for their new permanent Accounts / Finance Assistant to join them in the Duncrue area of Belfast. Office based and working within a team you will be processing purchase and sales transactions within a busy environment, this will include:
- Sales & purchase ledger
- Invoice processing
- Credit control
- Month end processes
- All associated administration
What we are looking for:
- 2+ years experience in a finance/accounts admin role ideally gained within a fast-paced environment (i.e. manufacturing or similar)
- Confident IT skills across MS Office suite
- Experience of a computerised accounts/ERP system
