We are working with a successful NI business who are leaders in their field to recruit for their new permanent Accounts / Finance Assistant to join them in the Duncrue area of Belfast. Office based and working within a team you will be processing purchase and sales transactions within a busy environment, this will include:

  • Sales & purchase ledger
  • Invoice processing
  • Credit control
  • Month end processes
  • All associated administration

What we are looking for:

  • 2+ years experience in a finance/accounts admin role ideally gained within a fast-paced environment (i.e. manufacturing or similar)
  • Confident IT skills across MS Office suite
  • Experience of a computerised accounts/ERP system
