About the Role:

As a Staff Nurse, you will be part of a supportive and experienced clinical team committed to delivering exceptional care. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing safe, high-quality nursing care tailored to each resident's individual needs.
  • Promoting and maintaining a person-centred approach throughout the home.
  • Acting as a positive role model for colleagues while building strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Monitoring, reviewing, and updating care plans, clinical policies, and procedures where required.
  • Assisting the Nurse Manager with day-to-day operations and providing management cover during periods of absence.
  • Supporting the efficient running of the service by helping to maximise resources and contribute to the home's operational success.

Requirements:

To be considered, you will need:

  • Current NMC registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN), Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN), or Registered Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD).
  • A minimum of six months' post-registration nursing experience.
  • A valid and active NMC PIN.
