Reporting to the Procurement Manager, you will support the efficient purchasing of fresh raw materials, ensuring the right quality, quantity and cost while maintaining strong supplier relationships. Key Responsibilities Manage the purchasing and supply of fresh raw materials. Liaise with suppliers on pricing, quality, availability and delivery. Negotiate supplier terms and maintain strong supplier relationships. Monitor market trends, pricing and potential supply issues. Maintain accurate procurement records and systems. Work closely with Production, QA and Product Development teams. Identify opportunities to improve purchasing efficiency and minimise supply risk. What Were Looking For 1+ years experience in buying, purchasing or procurement, ideally within food, FMCG or a similar environment. Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.
