As part of a friendly and experienced nursing team, you'll be delivering person-centred care to residents with varying needs including dementia and end-of-life care.

What You'll Do:
- Provide outstanding nursing care aligned to each resident's personal care plan
- Administer medication safely and accurately
- Build relationships with residents and their families
- Keep all records and documentation accurate and up to date
- Work closely with care assistants and fellow nurses to ensure a high standard of care
What You'll Need:
- NMC Registration (RGN, RMN, or RNLD)
- At least 6 months of post-registration experience
- A kind, reliable, and team-focused approach to care
