As part of a friendly and experienced nursing team, you'll be delivering person-centred care to residents with varying needs including dementia and end-of-life care.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide outstanding nursing care aligned to each resident's personal care plan
  • Administer medication safely and accurately
  • Build relationships with residents and their families
  • Keep all records and documentation accurate and up to date
  • Work closely with care assistants and fellow nurses to ensure a high standard of care

What You'll Need:

  • NMC Registration (RGN, RMN, or RNLD)
  • At least 6 months of post-registration experience
