We are working with a well-established manufacturer based in Ballynahinch to recruit for their new permanent Accounts Assistant / Technician, offering a generous salary and early Friday finishes!
Reporting to and supporting the Financial Controller you will work across:
- Purchase ledger duties, invoice processing, supplier payments and reconciliations
- Banking lodgements, receipts and reconciliations
- Purchase & sales ledger reconciliations
- VAT recording and returns
- Month end reconciliations
- Journals
- Weekly wages & petty cash
What we are looking for:
- 2 plus years experience in an accounts / finance role, to include experience of sales & purchase ledger, bank & nominal ledger
- Payroll / HMRC experience is desirable
- Confident IT skills, to include Excel & Sage or similar
- Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
