We are working with a leading Ballymena based business to recruit for their new permanent part-time Credit Controller. Office based, working 8-5 Monday, Wednesday and Friday with flex working and offering a generous package and progression opportunities.
Joining their wider accounts team with focus on credit control whilst supporting the finance team, duties will include:
- Manage and monitor customer credit accounts
- Assess creditworthiness and set credit limits
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices
- Follow up on overdue accounts via phone, email, and statements
- Prepare aging reports and cash collection forecasts
- Maintain accurate customer and payment records
- Liaise with sales, finance, and customer service teams
- Support month-end reporting and audits
What we are looking for:
- 2-5 years of experience in credit control or accounts receivable
- Knowledge of credit management and collection procedures
- Experience with accounting/ERP systems
- Strong Excel and reporting skills
