Due to the continued growth of the company, we currently have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Site Supervisor to join the team! You will be working for an industry leading flooring specialist who works across the UK and Europe.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage a crew of concrete workers to ensure projects are delivered to client specifications & quality
- Liaise with clients and subcontractors on site in all aspects
- Organise daily work schedules and delegate roles to various tradesmen and skilled workers in the crew
- Completion of daily and weekly checklists to ensure accurate real-time reporting of information to office-based staff
- Take proactive ownership of all site-related issues starting from the initial planning for pre-site organisation, right through to on-site activities and subsequent completion of project to ensure a successful outcome at each stage
Essential Criteria:
- Must have Right to Work in both the UK & EU
- Previous experience leading a team (preferably working with concrete)
- Good communication skills
