We are seeking a Senior Buyer with experience in the construction industry to join a fast-growing company to help develop and manage the procurement and supply chain requirements.

Role:

  • Source and purchase construction materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Obtain and evaluate supplier quotations and negotiate pricing and contracts.
  • Liaise with project managers, site teams, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records, purchase orders, and supplier databases.
  • Ensure purchased materials meet project specifications and quality standards.
  • Track inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
  • Assist with budgeting and cost control for construction projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Other adhoc duties.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Buyer within the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials and supply chains.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
