We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead a fast-paced manufacturing operation. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving performance across production, safety, quality, delivery, and continuous improvement while leading and developing multi-shift operational teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations to achieve production and customer service targets.
- Promote a strong safety-first culture and ensure compliance with quality and environmental standards.
- Develop and monitor KPIs, operational plans, and improvement initiatives.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and operational excellence activities.
- Lead, coach, and develop operational teams across a 24/7 manufacturing environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to achieve business objectives.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' Operations Management experience within manufacturing.
