As a Maintenance Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of all electrical, mechanical, and automated systems within a modern, fast-paced food production facility. You will be entrusted with the maintenance, reliability, and performance of critical equipment, supporting continuous production and minimising downtime. Key Responsibilities:

  • Uphold all health, safety, and hygiene requirements in line with company policies and industry regulations
  • Carry out installation, repair, and ongoing maintenance of electrical and/or mechanical production machinery
  • Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults quickly and effectively
  • Complete all scheduled preventative maintenance tasks to the required standard
  • Provide technical support and guidance to all operational departments
  • Maintain site infrastructure to a consistently high standard
  • Identify and implement solutions that enhance machine reliability, performance, and quality
  • Utilise the on-site CMMS to drive efficiency and cost improvements
