Administrator / PA (Tourism Sector), Belfast City Centre
Exciting opportunity to join a successful, niche, tourism business as their new Administrator / PA offering a generous salary, benefits and a genuine exciting working environment.
Supporting the office manager, this is a busy role where no 2 days are the same, duties will include;
- Front of house duties including meeting & greeting
- Planning and booking tours
- Tour payments and liaising with suppliers
- Travel and arrangement planning
- Processing payments
- Weekly & monthly reporting
- All sorts of other duties as required
What we are looking for
- 1 years experience in a similar role
- Experience within the travel & tourism sector is highly desirable
- Confident IT skills
- Some experience of accounts processes is desirable
Working Monday to Friday 9-5!!
