We are working with a successful NI business to recruit for their new Accounts / Finance Assistant to join them in Pomeroy.
Working closely with the Company Accountant you will work across:
- Accurately and efficiently maintain the purchase, sales and nominal ledgers
- Complete regular reconciliations, including bank accounts, supplier statements and company credit cards
- Process payments and ensure suppliers are paid in line with agreed terms
- Support cash handling processes, including preparing bank lodgements and monitoring outstanding debt
- Assist with monthly payroll processing
- Process subcontractor payments
- Carry out general accounting and administrative duties
What we are looking for:
- Experienced in a similar role
- Confident IT & communication skills
- The ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines in a busy environment.
