We are working with a successful NI transport business to recruit for their new Part Time Accounts Assistant / Administrator to join them on a permanent basis. Joining a busy team you will support the business across:
- Purchase orders
- Processing payroll
- Supporting month end accounting procedures
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- VAT calculations
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Confident using accounting software e.g. Xero and Excel
- VAT and Payroll experience is preferred
