Accounts Assistant, Strabane, Up to £30k We are working with a successful construction business in Strabane to recruit for their new Accounts Assistant to join them on a permanent basis and paying up to £30k. Working within the Accounts Team you will; Process supplier and customer invoices as part of a team Maintain and reconcile multiple bank accounts Perform monthly bank reconciliations Process purchase ledger invoices and match delivery notes and POs Reconcile supplier statements Maintain the Sales Ledger Control account Assist with balance sheet reconciliations and credit card statements Manage credit control Complete VAT returns What we are looking for; Previous experience in a similar role Comfortable working with financial and administrative systems Demonstrated experience in using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel If you are interested, please give me a ring on and ask for Diarmuid.
