Commercial SLP, Stanley Leadership Program
Location: Hybrid, Maidenhead. Employment: 24‑month rotational program.
Responsibilities
- Support commercial growth initiatives across multiple channels, customers, and end‑user segments.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Trade Marketing, Brand Marketing, Customer Support, Operations, and other key stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams, customers, dealers, and end users while representing Stanley Black & Decker professionally as a brand ambassador.
- Help execute commercial priorities including product launches, promotional campaigns, customer engagement activities, and seasonal/channel initiatives.
- Develop and maintain sales enablement and product support materials, including presentations, buying guides, digital content, and product data.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, customer needs, and key performance indicators to support reporting, analysis, and informed decision‑making.
- Provide field and customer‑facing support through product training, demonstrations, troubleshooting, dealer visits, events, and follow‑up on sales opportunities.
Qualifications
- Early stage in career, recent graduate or with some initial professional experience.
- Proactive and results‑oriented mindset with excellent problem‑solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and train diverse audiences.
- Commercially minded, interested in both product performance and customer value.
- University degree, preferably in Business or Marketing.
- Full UK driving licence.
