The Job
As Product Manager – Screwdriver and Pliers (STANLEY), you will help lead the portfolio globally, driving product strategy, strategic category plans, lifecycle management, commercialisation, and portfolio performance to support profitable growth and deliver solutions that meet customer and market needs.
In this role, you will work closely with global and regional teams across product, engineering, brand, marketing, finance, supply chain, and sales to identify opportunities, bring new products to market, optimize the portfolio, and ensure successful execution across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the global product portfolio lifecycle from concept and launch through phase-out, ensuring categories remain competitive, relevant, and aligned with business priorities.
- Develop and execute strategic category plans while driving SKU optimization, inventory performance, and accurate product data management across launches, changes, deletions, and promotions.
- Lead new product development and commercialization by applying end-user research and the jobs-to-be-done framework, partnering with global cross-functional teams, and driving regional launch readiness, product setup, packaging, documentation, and in-market execution.
- Serve as the key product contact across EMEA and ANZ, leveraging customer, channel, and market insights to guide portfolio decisions, support presentations and market visits, drive research initiatives, and enable effective product training and communication.

- Proven experience in product management, product marketing, category management, or a related commercial role.
- Degree-level qualification in marketing, business, engineering, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Commercial, financial, and analytical skills, including experience with pricing, profitability, and portfolio analysis.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across functions and regions.
- Experience in tools, accessories, or a related technical product category.
