Responsibilities

  • Support the Product Management team in developing and managing products throughout their lifecycle for a flagship brand.
  • Execute product strategies and operational tasks to support the delivery of the business operating plan.
  • Conduct market research & analysis: user research, customer feedback, and industry trend monitoring to inform product decisions.
  • Assist in defining product requirements, creating user stories, and prioritising features based on business value and customer impact.
  • Coordinate product launch activities, manage timelines, and track key performance metrics.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product delivery on time, on cost, and on quality.
  • Collect and analyse customer feedback for continuous improvement and participate in user testing.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders, maintain product documentation, and support commercial teams with key customer requirements.
  • Provide administrative support to the Product Manager in daily operational tasks and help manage multiple projects simultaneously.
