Is this you? We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Accommodation Support Worker with excellent communication skills, compassion and understanding of the impact of abuse and exploitation. We are looking for an innovative candidate who has experience of working with adults who have experienced trauma and abuse. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem solving and developing their leadership skills.
The Role: The successful candidate will provide day-to-day support to the Refuge Manager and/or Safe House Manager. The position will manage and have oversight over the quality of support delivered to residents and their children, supervising the intervention support workers who will each have a nominated caseload.
The position will ensure that the environment is empathetic, supportive and positive, promoting independence and life after violence and abuse as well as meeting all contractual targets from the contracts and commissions. If you are self-driven, conscientious, hardworking with lots of ambition we would love to hear from you.
