Is this you? You will be organised, reliable and hardworking, with good time‑management skills and attention to detail. You will be able to follow instructions, work independently, and contribute positively as part of a team. Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
The Role You will work across our property portfolio, potentially travelling between locations on a daily basis, to ensure consistently high standards of cleanliness are maintained in line with BCWA policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- General cleaning of reception areas, offices, meeting rooms and communal spaces
- Vacuuming, dusting and mopping floors
- Deep cleaning of residential accommodation when properties become vacant
- Supporting the preparation of accommodation ready for re‑letting
