We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Head of Major Projects to lead, develop and manage the multimodal portfolio of projects and programmes across the Black Country footprint. Black Country Transport brings together Dudley, Sandwell, Walsall and Wolverhampton councils to deliver high-impact, cross-boundary transport schemes that improve everyday life across the region.

As we grow our team and ambition, we’re looking for an experienced Head of Major Projects to lead and manage our multimodal portfolio of transport programmes, working closely with the PMO to embed strong governance, assurance and best-practice delivery across all projects. This is a senior role with real influence - shaping how major transport investment is planned and developed.
