The Black Country Living Museum is seeking a Visitor Services Team Member to join the Admissions team. This is an exciting opportunity to join the Museum’s front line and be part of a dynamic team at the heart of our visitor experience. You’ll greet visitors, manage their tickets, and ensure that from the moment they step through our museum doors, they enjoy a friendly and memorable experience.
What will you be doing?
- Greeting and welcoming visitors.
- Checking, scanning, and selling tickets.
- Ensuring the welcome centre is tidy and well-presented at all times.
- Helping customers navigate the museum.
- Operating the Museums Admissions IT systems.
