Overview
Visitor Services Team Member – Location: Dudley. Pay rate: £12.22 per hour. Contracts: Two permanent, part-time contracts. Working Hours: Two different part-time hours – including weekends, evenings and Bank Holidays.
What will you be doing?
- Greeting and welcoming visitors.
- Checking, scanning, and selling tickets.
- Ensuring the welcome centre is tidy and well-presented at all times.
- Handling face-to-face admissions queries.
- Helping customers navigate the museum.
- Operating the Museums Admissions IT systems (Tessitura).
