Salary: £36,000 per annum

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, between 8.00am - 6.00pm

Contract: Full-time, permanent

Black Country Living Museum is seeking a Digital Growth & CRM Manager to lead the Museum's digital performance and online revenue growth. This position will play the leading role in ensuring our digital channels help more people discover, engage with and visit the Museum. You will lead the development of our website performance, search visibility, paid media activity and CRM marketing, helping connect audiences with the stories, people and places that make the Black Country unique.

What will you be doing?

  • Take ownership of the Museum's digital growth and ensure our online platforms deliver strong performance and conversion.
  • Lead the Museum's strategy for growing digital ticket sales and online engagement.
  • Optimise website performance, user journeys, and the ticket booking experience.
  • Manage paid search and analytics agencies, ensuring campaigns deliver strong ROI.
  • Develop and deliver CRM and email marketing activity aligned to the Museum's programme and campaigns.
  • Improve search visibility through SEO and emerging AI-driven optimisation.
  • Monitor digital performance (analytics and CRM), translating data into clear, actionable insights to inform campaigns and decision-making.
  • Work closely with colleagues across programming, marketing, and commercial teams to ensure the website supports wider organisational priorities.
  • Line manage the Content & Social Media Executive, aligning content with digital growth objectives.
