Make a real difference every day. Are you a compassionate, experienced care professional with a passion for leading others and delivering outstanding care? We’re looking for a dedicated Unit Manager to join our care home team in Kingswinford.

In this rewarding role, you’ll lead and support a care team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care for our residents, many of whom are living with dementia or age-related needs. You’ll play a key role in care planning, team development, medication management, audits and safeguarding.

What We’re Looking For:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (minimum)
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role in a residential care setting
  • Strong understanding of CQC standards, safeguarding, and care planning
  • Ability to lead by example, coach others, and maintain a positive team culture
  • Confident communicator with excellent organisational skills

New Bradley Hall is a purpose built, dementia friendly home, offering the highest quality of residential care in a stylish and homely environment. The home provides 66 en-suite rooms across three floors, all furnished to the highest standard. There are a range of lounges and quiet rooms, so that individuals are able to enjoy a varied lifestyle. Within the home there is also a purpose built cinema room, on-site hairdressing facilities and a café area. Our aim is to provide the right care, tailored to meet residents’ individual needs and preferences. We want to support residents to maximise their independence.
