You will have experience of working in the development team within the social housing sector. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Homes England funding requirements and development systems. You will also ideally have intermediate building technical knowledge and experience. Key Responsibilities (not limited to): Support the Head of Development to deliver BCHG’s Development Programme from inception to completion. Provide support during the development process including attending site meetings, handover and end of defects inspections.. Process all development invoices on BCHG’s finance software, EBIS. Produce Development Appraisals on BCHG’s development appraisal software, Proval. Provide administrative support to the Head of Development and keep internal records up to date including SharePoint. Keep all development files up to date in line with Homes England requirements. Set up monthly Development Liaison Meetings (DLM) meetings, produce the agenda, attend and take notes. Keep the DLM teams channel updated. Draft press articles for approval. Take photos/produce images for LinkedIn and other social media outlets. Attend Pre-Tenancy Workshop’s and sign-up meetings with prospective tenants.
