My client is a highly regarded PR and Public Affairs consultancy, who has exciting expansion plans for their Manchester office. As such they are looking to speak to PR and Public Affair Account Directors. They offer services in PR, planning communications, public affairs, social media, branding and design to clients within property, regeneration, energy and waste sectors.

The ideal candidate will be already working in a public affairs/PR agency role and will be looking for a role where they can truly make a difference and be an integral part of the agency’s growth and development. You will have experience and skills in securing, maintaining and growing client accounts through new business and existing clients. You will also be an effective account and people manager and have the ability to deliver results on time and within budget.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing campaign strategies and overseeing their delivery
  • Account Direction - Acting as main client contact, dealing with day-to-day client issues
  • Provide strategic advice to clients
  • Managing and developing client relationships
  • Media engagement
  • Planning communications
  • Account growth through existing and new business
  • Manage, develop and support more junior members of the team
