This award winning marketing agency is looking to appoint a PR Senior Account Manager or Account Director who is an experienced account handler, capable of hitting the ground running and delivering great results for their clients. The following information provides an overview of the skills, qualities, and qualifications needed for this role.

Client portfolio is B2B/Corporate focused and dominated by property development, real estate consultants, construction, with some private equity and professional services in the mix. Working logistics being 3 days office based and 2 days home based.

Staff benefits include generous 30 days annual leave plus bank holidays, new business reward scheme and company pension scheme.

The role would involve providing leadership to campaign teams and ensuring the highest standards of client care and service are achieved, while maintaining a profit margin for the agency.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • The experience and perspective to provide real campaign insight and confidently handle all aspects of client relationships, ensuring high standards of quality, timeliness and client satisfaction.
  • Project management skills working on B2B accounts in the built environment, including developer, contractor and supply chain campaigns.
  • Able to write well for media and have a good operational knowledge of all aspects of media relations.
  • Able to contribute to the public affairs work they do - stakeholder engagement and community consultation etc. Experience not strictly essential but useful.
  • Ability to work on private equity and/or professional service campaigns (experience not essential but useful).
  • Able to generate new business leads and contribute to tender responses.
  • Have line management experience.
