At BlackCat, we’re looking for a dynamic Talent Partner to lead client recruitment campaigns, drive new business, and champion our innovative Recruitment Club and Ad-Hoc Recruitment services.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead and grow our Recruitment Club and Ad-Hoc client accounts, taking ownership of their hiring success
- Act as the face of BlackCat—building strong, long-term relationships with hiring managers, HR teams, and business leaders
- Pitch and win new business, using your industry insight and confident communication skills
- Deliver high-impact recruitment campaigns, working with your team to attract, engage, and retain top talent
- Provide expert support on everything from resourcing strategy to onboarding and retention, adding real value to our clients
- Occasionally oversee internal team performance, ensuring service excellence and offering support when major campaigns require it
- Use platforms like LinkedIn and client meetings to keep BlackCat top of mind across your network
- Represent the brand positively—whether in the boardroom or across social media
You’ll Succeed In This Role If You:
- Are commercially savvy and confident managing senior client relationships

- Have a strong grasp of the full talent lifecycle, from attraction to retention
- Know how to run high-volume recruitment campaigns without losing the human touch

Experience That Helps:
- Proven experience in a recruitment or talent-focused client-facing role
- Strong B2B relationship building and account management skills
- Confidence leading recruitment projects or managing small teams
- Familiarity with HR, onboarding, and basic employment law (CIPD Level 5 desirable)
- Some operational oversight experience preferred but not essential—this is a sales-first, people-focused role
