Key Responsibilities

  • Define and own the end-to-end technology architecture vision across datacentre infrastructure, including server, storage, networking, digital platforms, applications.
  • Translate business strategies into cohesive technical roadmaps and reference architectures.
  • Advise executive leadership on emerging technology trends, investments, and innovation opportunities.
  • Lead enterprise architecture governance and ensure architectural consistency across delivery teams.

Strategic Leadership & Architecture

  • Define and own the end-to-end technology architecture vision across datacentre infrastructure, including server, storage, networking, digital platforms, applications.
  • Translate business strategies into cohesive technical roadmaps and reference architectures.
  • Advise executive leadership on emerging technology trends, investments, and innovation opportunities.
  • Lead enterprise architecture governance and ensure architectural consistency across delivery teams.

Go-To-Market (GTM) Leadership

  • Develop and drive GTM propositions that showcase the company’s full-stack capabilities from strategy through to delivery.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, and delivery teams to shape compelling value propositions and solution narratives for customers.
  • Represent the company in client-facing pitches, executive briefings, and industry events.

Customer Engagement

  • Lead customer road-mapping and strategy workshops, helping clients align technology investments with business goals.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with C-level stakeholders and senior technology leaders.
  • Provide guidance on transformation initiatives, including datacentre modernisation, cloud migration, AI/ML adoption, and digital platform enablement.

Partner & Vendor Ecosystem

  • Engage with technology vendors and alliance partners (e.g., Dell, Broadcom, HPE, Microsoft, AWS, Google, etc.) to co-develop propositions and leverage joint offerings.
  • Evaluate new technologies and vendor products to inform architecture decisions and maintain competitive advantage.

Thought Leadership

  • Produce thought leadership content, white papers, and market insights on end-to-end technology trends and transformation best practices.
  • Present at conferences, panels, and webinars to enhance brand presence and credibility.
  • Mentor internal teams on architectural thinking, innovation, and emerging technologies.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Enterprise Infrastructure Architecture & Design – Skilled in developing and implementing scalable, secure, and compliant infrastructure solutions across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.
  • Storage & Backup Solutions – Proficient in SAN/NAS design, Fibre Channel networking, and enterprise backup/recovery platforms.
  • Data Centre Modernisation & Migration – Experienced in large-scale data centre migrations, infrastructure refreshes, workload consolidation, and cross-platform integration.
  • Deep understanding of multi-technology environments, data and analytics platforms, enterprise integration, and application modernisation.
  • Strong track record of leading digital transformation programs end-to-end.
  • Proven experience developing GTM propositions and engaging in pre-sales / consulting environments.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and storytelling skills, and able to articulate complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to lead complex projects, resolve technical challenges under pressure, and deliver on deadline-driven objectives.
  • Experienced in producing high-quality technical design documentation to support infrastructure projects and operations.
  • Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and customer orientation.

Desirable Qualifications

  • TOGAF and named technology Architect certifications.
  • Experience in technology leadership.
  • Experience in regulated or complex enterprise sectors (e.g., Telco, Manufacturing, Financial Services, Energy, etc).
  • Emerging technology awareness, keeping an eye on the latest in AI/ML infrastructure and edge computing.
