Site Supervisor – Earthworks – Wisley Location: Wisley Start Date: 21st July 2025 Duration: 4 months Rate: Competitive, depending on experience We are seeking a Site Supervisor to support a major earthworks project in Wisley. This is a long-term contract working directly under the Site Manager to help lead and coordinate activity on a busy and safety-critical site. Key responsibilities: * Supervising operatives and subcontractors on site * Directing and marshalling the workforce to ensure productivity * Enforcing health and safety standards at all times * Completing site paperwork and daily records accurately * Acting as a point of contact between the site team and management * Being hands-on where required to keep works on programme Requirements: * SSSTS (minimum) * Proven experience supervising earthworks or civils packages * Strong working knowledge of site health and safety * Confident with site paperwork and reporting procedures * Able to take a proactive and practical approach on site * Reliable, organised, and a clear communicator To apply, please submit your CV or get in touch to discuss further
