Quantity Surveyor (Permanent) – Civil Engineering & Infrastructure\\nSalary: £50,000 – £75,000 + package (DOE)\\n\\nWe are working with a leading civil engineering and infrastructure sub-contractor who are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team on a permanent basis.\\n\\nThe Role:\\nYou will be responsible for managing the commercial and contractual elements of civil engineering projects across the region. This is a great opportunity to work on a variety of schemes, including infrastructure, groundworks, and environmental projects.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\n * \\n\\n Overseeing the commercial management of projects from start to finish\\n\\n * \\n\\n Preparing valuations, variations, and final accounts\\n\\n * \\n\\n Advising project teams on contractual and cost-related matters\\n\\n * \\n\\n Engaging with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to secure best value\\n\\n * \\n\\n Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within agreed budgets\\n\\nThe Ideal Candidate:\\n\\n * \\n\\n Previous experience as a QS within the civil engineering or infrastructure sectors\\n\\n * \\n\\n Strong understanding of NEC contracts (or similar)\\n\\n * \\n\\n Confident negotiator with strong communication skills\\n\\n * \\n\\n Able to work autonomously and as part of a wider project team\\n\\nWhat’s on Offer:\\n\\n * \\n\\n Salary: £50,000 – £75,000 + package (depending on experience)\\n\\n * \\n\\n Permanent role with a well-established civil engineering contractor\\n\\n * \\n\\n Genuine opportunities for career progression\\n\\n * \\n\\n Supportive and collaborative working environment
