roject Manager – Earthworks – Wisley Location: Wisley Start Date: 21st July 2025 Duration: 6 months (minimum) Rate: £350 – £400 per day We are recruiting an experienced Project Manager for a complex earthworks project in Wisley. This is not just boots-on-the-ground coordination — we’re looking for someone who can lead on planning, compliance, reporting, and client interface, with a strong technical and commercial background in heavy civils. You’ll be the key point of contact for the business end of the project, ensuring that operational delivery, safety standards, commercial tracking, and client expectations are aligned and consistently met. Key responsibilities: * Oversee and manage all Health & Safety compliance, audits, and documentation * Coordinate multiple earthworks subcontractors across a phased programme * Lead project planning and sequencing of works * Represent the contractor at daily client meetings (BH), presenting key updates * Produce and update weekly client-facing reports (H&S, production, environmental) * Manage engineering inputs and survey timing across the site * Coordinate ITPs and materials testing schedules * Track and report on commercial performance and variations Requirements: * Proven experience managing large earthworks or infrastructure packages * Strong grasp of H&S management, audits, and site compliance * Skilled in programme planning and reporting * Comfortable presenting at client-facing meetings and producing formal reports * Able to lead and coordinate teams of subcontractors and engineers * Commercially aware and able to contribute to project reporting and forecasting * SMSTS and a relevant civil engineering qualification preferred To apply, please send your CV or contact us for a confidential discussion
