Job Title: Operations Support Administrator / Construction Scheduler; Location: Shepshed, Leicester (LE12); Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience; Contract: Temp to Perm, Immediate Start.

We are seeking an Operations Support Administrator to join our busy offices in Shepshed, Leicester. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in construction administration, scheduling, and document control to play a key role in supporting our operations team. Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate work across multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Use the company\\\'s online quality management system to manage drawings and reports.
  • Prepare and update RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements).
  • Provide administrative support to the operations team and project managers.
  • Liaise with internal teams to prioritise workloads and allocate resources efficiently.
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality documentation and reporting.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in construction administration or a similar office-based role.
  • Familiarity with RAMS, health & safety, and site documentation is highly desirable.
  • Strong IT and organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, professional attitude.
  • Ability to work full-time in the office, Monday to Friday (8:15am - 4:30pm).
  • Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
