Construction Manager – Groundworks Location: North London (Multiple Sites) Start Date: April 2025 Duration: 3 – 6 months We are looking for an experienced construction manager to oversee multiple groundworks projects across North London. This role requires someone confident in managing multiple sites, leading various teams, and ensuring high standards of health and safety and quality control. There is potential for further opportunities beyond this project for the right candidate. Responsibilities: * Managing multiple groundworks sites * Overseeing several teams across different locations * Driving between sites to ensure smooth operations * Ensuring high-level health and safety compliance * Reading drawings and raising non-conformances * Managing quality control and project delivery * Liaising with stakeholders and reporting project progress Requirements: * Proven experience managing multiple groundworks projects * Strong leadership and people management skills * Ability to oversee and coordinate multiple teams * Excellent IT skills for reporting and documentation * High-level health and safety knowledge * Ability to read drawings and identify non-conformances
