As an Account Executive (Repairers), you will focus on bringing Independent Repairers onto the Partly platform, helping them modernise how they procure parts. You will own your own pipeline of independent repairer sales and will use modern sales tech to hunt, qualify, demo, and close. You will take ownership of a dedicated territory, aiming to take repairers from "cold" to "active users" quickly.

You will be working in a fast-paced, sales-led environment where you will have the chance to influence our playbook by testing messaging, executing high-volume outreach, and proving out a repeatable sales model.

Your skills:

  • SaaS DNA: 2-4+ years experience as a top-performing SDR or AE in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Tech savvy: Familiarity with CRM (HubSpot preferred) and modern prospecting tools.
  • Resilient & proactive: Prepared to get on the road or the phone; able to handle objections.
  • Process driven: Capable of managing a high-velocity pipeline without dropping detail.
  • Credible communicator: Confident with senior operators; excellent emails/proposals.
  • Technically curious: Able to learn repairer workflows and systems.
  • Growth mindset: Eager to learn and improve.
  • Ownership: Proactive, resourceful, and accountable for outcomes.
